Communications & PR Specialist - 40%

We are looking for a Communication & PR Specialist to join an exciting part-time assignment within a global and fast-moving tech organization.

This is not a role for someone who only develops strategies - we are looking for a senior doer who can independently drive communication initiatives from idea to delivery, work at speed and create engagement across multiple channels.

You will support and drive communications for key development and Academy initiatives during Q4.

Your work will include:

• Creating and publishing content for SharePoint, newsletters, email and Teams channels

• Producing engaging materials such as testimonials and short videos

• Supporting communication campaigns and workshop materials

• Coordinating stakeholders, vendors and other communication resources

• Following up on distribution and reach

• Ensuring alignment with internal communication guidelines

Scope of employment: Part-time, approximately 40%, with workload varying throughout the assignment. Type of contract: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters. Working model: Hybrid or 100% remote. • Several years of experience working with internal communications

• A proven track record of independent driving communication campaigns or behavior-change initiatives from start to finish

• Strong experience producing content across multiple formats and channels

• Experience working with platforms and channels such as SharePoint, newsletters, email and Teams channels

• The ability to create engaging content such as short videos, testimonials and campaign materials

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Meritorious: Experience of working within a tech organization
