About the RoleYou will join an HR team in a role where service, structure, and clear communication matter every day. As the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners, you help people navigate HR-related questions and find the right support quickly. The role combines employee contact, administration, and practical problem-solving across a broad range of HR topics.
You will support questions related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll-related matters, personal data updates, and access to HR resources. You will also work with digital HR tools and help improve how employees find information through HR portals, intranet content, and communication material. Job Description- You will act as the primary point of contact for employees, HR Business Partners, and managers on HR-related matters.
- You will respond to questions through phone, email, and other support channels with a high level of service and professionalism.
- You will guide employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- You will support and promote self-service HR tools and help users find the right solutions.
- You will assist with HR resources, benefits information, payroll-related queries, and personal data updates.
- You will contribute to improving HR portals, intranet content, and employee communication.
- You will escalate more complex cases to the right HR teams when needed.
- You will handle requests accurately, on time, and with a strong focus on confidentiality and employee experience.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in HR, customer service, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and a genuine interest in helping others.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent Swedish and English.
- Ability to complete a background check before the assignment starts.
Nice to have- Experience with HR systems.
- Experience with service desk tools.
